For Seniors the Student Union has its goals as follows:

be a connecting bond between and for the Seniors
provide current and fresh information - CHECK how and where
offer recreational activities and services - CHECK how and where
from its part to create circumstances and prerequisites for the Seniors for their vital and functional life
enhance the quality of life and remove the loneliness

Senior meetings in the Cafe Oppiskahvio

We arrange informal meetings for the Senior students in the Cafe Oppiskahvio, Helsinginkatu 26, 2nd floor (elevator is available). CHECK - students vs. members?

The goal is to arrange these meetings 2 - 3 times per each semester (spring, autumn) on agreed Fridays at 13:00 when the Cafe Oppiskahvio is also open. The staff in the Cafe organizes the catering for the meetings. Raili informs the next meetings by mail or phone to the seniors belonging to the Senior team.

While enjoying the catering there is good time to discuss, share information, sing together well-known songs over the years, tell stories and make own presentations and performances for joint recreation and inspiration.
